My journey began at Ameritech in technical support, eventually leading to a role at Bell Communications Research (Bellcore), a crucible of telecom innovation where I was first immersed in the intricacies of SS7 signaling. This experience solidified my keen interest in the signaling protocols that are the backbone of mobile communication.

Now, as the Head of Training & Development at Cellusys, I meld my technical expertise with a fervent educational drive. Teaching has been an avenue where I can share the insights gained from my time at Bellcore, which transitioned into Telcordia Technologies, and beyond.
